Attention: These deadlines are tentative. Application deadlines vary among the different UIUC exchange programs. Please contact the UIUC exchange coordinator for the specific program to which your students are applying to determine the appropriate deadline.
Application Guidelines
You have reached the web page for the International Nondegree Exchange Application for reciprocal exchange program participants visiting the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. You may not use this application unless you have been approved by a partner institution of the University of Illinois for a specific program of study at our campus. Part of this application must be completed by the exchange coordinator of the applicant’s home institution, and must always be accompanied by the following Declaration and Certification of Finances, as well as academic transcripts and proof of English proficiency (as required) which are required by the University of Illinois academic unit.
The intended use of this application is for exchange coordinators, both at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and its partner institutions. Coordinators should download the blank application, photocopy as needed, affix the appropriate address label, and issue to the student to complete. Completed and signed applications should then be sent to the exchange coordinator at the partner institution to complete and be sent with all accompanying documentation to the University of Illinois exchange coordinator. All documentation must be current and original.
