Books & supplies** $1,200
Room and board (20 meals/week) $10,080
Other expenses*** $2,510
TOTAL ESTIMATED COSTS $42,846 - $49,670*

Students enrolled in the Colleges of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences; Business; Engineering; Fine and Applied Arts; or the biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, chemistry, computer science, integrative biology, mathematics, molecular/cellular biology, physics, and statistics programs in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences may be assessed a higher tuition rate and/or additional fees up to the high end of the range shown. For tuition details for specific programs, visit www.osfa.illinois.edu/cost.

** Any applicable course fees, such as special facilities and course materials, are included.

*** Other expenses include allowances for transportation, clothing, recreation, and other living/miscellaneous expenses. These expenses vary greatly based on the individual student’s lifestyle and the allowance is based on what are considered reasonable, but modest, costs after surveying segments of our student population.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires students to certify financial resources for their educational expenses in the U.S. See additional international requirements.
