A busy high school schedule will help prepare you for the non-stop lifestyle that awaits you at Illinois. When we review your application for admission, we want to know that you will take advantage of all we have to offer and that you are capable of prioritizing your time.

Choose activities you are passionate about and enjoy. We take notice when you demonstrate long-term commitment and a high level of involvement. After you've found an interesting organization, consider pursuing an officer position to gain responsibility and leadership.

Student Organizations at Illinois

We have over 1,000 student organizations to choose from, but if you’re looking for something different you can start your own. Student organizations provide a social network and entertainment, and foster leadership and organizational skills.
